24/7 Emergency Plumbing
Serving Brantford, Niagara, Hamilton, Thorold, Welland and Woodstock. Burst pipes, major leaks and sewer backups don't wait for business hours, and neither do we.
What counts as a plumbing emergency
A burst supply line actively flooding a room, sewage backing up into a sink, tub or floor drain, a water heater failing and leaking, or a main shut-off that won't fully stop the flow: these can't wait for a scheduled slot. If water is actively damaging your home right now, that's an emergency call, not a next-available-appointment one.
Rapid response, any time
Under 60 minutes response across our service area, day or night. While you're waiting for us to arrive: know where your main water shut-off valve is and use it if a pipe has actually burst. That alone stops most of the damage before we're even in the driveway.
Burst pipes, major leaks, and sewer backups: handled as the emergencies they are.

Call directly. An emergency doesn't go through a booking form.
Common questions
Where's my main water shut-off valve?
Usually near where the water line enters the house: a basement wall, a utility room, or near the water meter. If you're not sure where yours is, it's worth locating it before an emergency happens, not during one.
Is a slow sewer backup really an emergency?
Yes, sewage backing up into a fixture is a health and property risk that gets worse the longer it sits, even if it isn't actively flooding yet.
