Fixture Installation & Repair

Serving Brantford, Niagara, Hamilton, Thorold, Welland and Woodstock. Faucets, toilets, shower valves, P-traps and hose bibs, installed or repaired properly the first time.

Small jobs, done right

A dripping faucet, a toilet that rocks or leaks at the base, a P-trap that's corroded through, an exterior hose bib that's stopped shutting off properly. These are the everyday calls, and they're worth doing correctly the first time. A toilet reseated on a new wax ring without checking the flange underneath just fails again in a year. We check what's actually underneath a fixture, not just swap the visible part.

All major brands

Faucet, toilet and fixture installation and replacement across the brands you'd actually find in a hardware store or already installed in your home. Exterior hose bibs are replaced with anti-siphon valves as standard, since it's the code-compliant option and prevents backflow into the home's water supply, not an upsell, just the right part for the job.

Common questions

My toilet rocks slightly. Is that a big repair?

Usually not, but it's worth checking rather than ignoring. A rocking toilet is often a sign the wax ring seal has failed, which can let water leak under the floor over time if left alone.

Why does my outdoor hose bib keep dripping in winter?

Older hose bibs without an anti-siphon, frost-resistant design can hold water in the pipe and freeze. Replacing it with a proper frost-free, anti-siphon valve is usually a same-visit fix.

A fixture that's leaking, loose, or just not right? Let's fix it properly.
