Water Heater Installation & Repair
Serving Brantford, Niagara, Hamilton, Thorold, Welland and Woodstock. Tankless and conventional installation, repair, and flush service.
Tankless or conventional
Conventional tank units remain the straightforward, lower-upfront-cost choice, especially where an existing tank is simply being replaced like-for-like. Tankless units cost more up front but heat water on demand rather than keeping a tank hot around the clock, and take up meaningfully less space, which is worth considering on a renovation where space or long-term energy use matters more than replacement cost. We install and service Navien, Rheem, and Bradford White units.
Supply, drain, and flue: all part of the install
A proper installation isn't just setting the new unit in place: it's the copper supply line with a correctly placed shut-off valve, the drain connection for the pressure relief line, and, for gas units, the flue routed and sealed correctly. Skipping any one of those is how a water heater install turns into a callback.

Common questions
Is a tankless unit worth the extra cost?
It depends on your hot water use and the space you have. We'll walk through the real trade-off for your specific home rather than push one option by default.
How often should a water heater be flushed?
Annually is the general guideline for a conventional tank, more often in areas with harder water. It clears sediment buildup that shortens the unit's working life.
No hot water, or thinking about switching to tankless? Let's talk through it.
